EDWARD FRIESEN It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Edward on July 17, 2006. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Gary (Edna); daughters, Pat, Marlene (Daryl), Diana (Rick); grand-children, Tracy (Chris) with Jackson, Andy (Christine), Jillian, Katelin, Kristi (Marc), Erin; as well as many family and friends. Edward is predeceased by his wife Betty of 55 years. The family would like to thank the staff of the Deer Lodge Centre of Winnipeg for their loving care. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Friday, July 21, at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Flowers gratefully accepted, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6.
